GL and Sinovel wind power signed a wind turbine measurement contract recently, GL signed a wind turbine measurement contract with Sinovel Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd. to provide the company with wind turbine load, power curve, power quality and noise measurement services. The agreement involves three types of wind turbines of Sinovel wind power: sl1500/82, sl3000/100 and sl3000/90 (onshore and offshore). Among them, the last type of wind turbine has been installed in the 100000 kW offshore wind farm of Shanghai Donghai Bridge, which is China's first domestic offshore wind power demonstration project

relevant services will be jointly provided by windtest, a wholly-owned subsidiary controlled by G and the service teams of GL renewable energy Asia business department in Shanghai and Mumbai, India. The combination of windtest's wind turbine measurement experience and the local experience of GL renewable energy's Asian business unit will effectively promote the successful completion of the project of adopting excellent medium carbon steel and alloy structural steel

the project will start in September, 2009 and is planned to be completed in May, 2010. After signing the contract, GL started the necessary preparations to support Sinovel wind power to achieve its business objectives. In order to enter the international market, huaquench is the direct cooling of cold water. Ruifeng power hopes to prove its technical strength as soon as possible. For Lloyd's, the agreement represents another step forward for the company's business in China. Sinovel wind power is one of the leading wind turbine manufacturers in China. According to relevant reports, its local market share has exceeded 22%. In recent years, Lloyd's has provided wind turbine certification services for Sinovel wind power
